How can I make my bakery store payment?

You can use our secure online payment option to make the payment for your baking supplies order. The secure online payment option accepts Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking and Wallet Option. Do I need to save my card or bank details on Bakerykart’s website?

No, all bakery store payments are either accepted on payment gateway’s website or bank’s website directory. We don’t store or save your card or bank details that you submit while placing your baking supplies orders with us. We respect the confidentiality of your transactions and do not share any of your information with other parties.

How do I know if my baking products order was successful?

We will send you an order confirmation email after every successful payment. Alternatively, you can also find the order details under “Order History” tab in My Account. You can refer to this section later as well to process any repeat orders for the baking supplies, bakery packaging and baking ingredients that you loved using! 

I just made an online payment, but the internet connection was terminated in between and I couldn’t return to Bakerykart’s store. How do I get back my bakery store payment & refund?

We are sorry to hear about it. Please email us a scan copy of your bank/credit card statement within 4hrs after placing an order, after verifying with our bank, we would process your bakery store refund. You would receive the bakery store refund within 5 business days in your original payment method.

Can I use my friend’s or relative’s credit or debit card to make my bakery store payment on Bakerykart?

No, we don’t recommend you to use your friends or relative’s credit or debit card to make any transaction on Bakerykart’s website.
