We request all our customer to review our Covid19 Policies while placing an order with us, we along with our sellers are making all possible attempt to deliver orders as per government guideline.

Order Update

We will not be able to respond individually regarding status of your order.
Please refer to "Track Order" under "Order History" to review the status of the order. Please reach out only if you are unable to track the order.
Order can be delayed as logistic companies are not comitting on Turn Around Time (TAT).
Orders will shipped as per available shipping method for your pincode and can take anything between 5 to 15 days depending on your location from the respective seller.
Orders can get delayed due to government guideline set by each states across India.
Orders can be put on hold due to non-availability of shipping method or due to Covid19 guideline set by your state.
All Orders received will be shipped as per shipping availability for respective pincode.
Orders delayed due to non-serviceability of pincode cannot be cancelled by customer, these orders will be shipped once we have an alternative shipping service. The customers agree to cooperate with us and our sellers by placing an order with us during this lockdown situation.

Temperature Control Packaging

We ship Callebaut (500 grms pack) & VHP in Temperature Control Packaging between April to Aug. Please find below general terms & condition :

All orders are shipped through priority shipping for primary to Metro & Teir 1 Cities where delivery are possible within 2 to 3 days.
Order Placement Guide - Callebaut Min 2 Packs of 500 grms (Not valid on Bulk Pack like 10kgs etc)
In some cases the product might melt even after using temperature control packaging due to delay in delivery by the logistic partner, Bakerykart don"t take responsibilities of such delay, leakage or melting issue.
Single Units of orders for Callebaut (500 grms) will not be shipped using the temperature control packaging.

Pickup & Delivery

Same Day Delivery - Order sold / fullyfilled by 72interactive can be delivered to Delhi NCR customers same/next day through WeFast / Uber Delivery. In such cases shipping charges need to be paid extra by customer as per actuals.
Standard Delivery Time : 7 to 10 days. In case of any urgent delivery, please get a confirmation from us before placing an order.
Bakersville Orders are Delayed and will take min 10 to 15 days to deliver.

Any type of misbehaving with our team/delivery professional would lead to suspension of your account and order cancellation (after deducting 15% cancellation charges).

Delayed response time due to high volume

Delay Response Time - Due to high volume of orders, please expect a delay response. We will try to resply back within 48 to 72hrs.
Order Delay - Due to high volume of orders, We might not be able to update individually to each customer. Please refer to Order History for order tracking information.
Delay in Processing Orders - Some of our sellers are operating once in a week, hence it might take upto 1 week to process your orders. In some special cases where the seller do not have permission or are not operational, the orders will be shipped after they start their operations.

General FAQs related to Delivery during this Covid19 Outbreak

Can I place an order? Will you deliver the orders?

Yes, you can place the order with Bakerykart, but we will be able to deliver after the lockdown is over, since most sellers don’t have permission to open their store/warehouse.

Can I cancel an order placed during this time?

No, you cannot cancel the orders placed during the Covid19 outbreak. Orders are considered as pre-booking and will be delivered after the situation normalise.

What is the tentative delivery timeline?

Now 90% orders are moving through Bluedart by Air (Except Bulk Orders). Hence orders are delivered within 3 to 5days depends on your location from the seller.

I say in Red Zone and I ordered Bakeware, Tools etc, will you deliver my order during the lockdown?

We are now delivering everything everywhere except for a Containment zone, where only essential shipments are currently allowed.
