Important Update due to corona virus out break.

  • Importance Notice - We will not be able to respond individually regarding status of your order. Please refer to "Track Order" under "Order History" to review the status of the order. Please reach out only if you are unable to track the order.
  • Most Light Weight Orders - Below 1kg, can be delivered within 4 to 7 working days, but areas under lockdown can take upto 25 to 45 days.
  • Chennai - We have resumed delivery
  • Lockdown Update: We are now delivering everything everywhere except for a Containment zone, where only essential shipments are currently allowed.
  • Complete lockdown - Chennai / Chengalpattu / Kancheepuram / Tiruvallur / Pune - Orders Cannot be Shipped to these locations. Customer can cancel orders from these location after paying 15% cancellation charges.
  • All Orders received will be shipped as per shipping availablility for respective pincodes.
  • Orders delayed due to non-serviceability of pincode cannot be cancelled by customer, these orders will be shipped once our logistic partner Bluedart resume its service. The customers agree to cooperate with us and our sellers by placing an order with us during this Lockdown situation. Orders placed after 10th June can be cancelled as per our standard cancellation policy.
  • Due to Logistic Limitation, some sellers might ship orders using India Post, inconvenience caused is regretted
  • No Return Disclaimer: During the summers couverture and compound chocolate will melt and leak in transit. By purchasing these product you agree that return will not be accepted for these products.
  • Lockdown / Containment Zone : If you are staying in containment zone or the state government have announced lockdown in your area, please confirm before placing the order with our support team. Order once placed cannot be cancelled till delivery is resumed for such zones - Customer can cancel orders from these location after paying 15% cancellation charges.
 

Delayed response time due to high volume

  • Please expect a delay response time due to high volume of orders.
  • Please expect a delay in delivery due to high volume of orders and certain restrictions at selected state due to lockdown.
  • Due to high volume of orders, We might not be able to update individually to each customer. Please refer to Order History for order tracking information.
  • Due to high volume, it might take upto 1 week to process your orders. In some special cases where the seller don"t have permission or are not operational, the orders will be shipped after they start their operations.
  • Due to Covid19 Outbreak, certain sellers are not operational yet, hence the orders will be processed after they start their operations.
 

General FAQs related to Delivery during this Covid19 Outbreak

Can I place an order? Will you deliver the orders?

Yes, you can place the order with Bakerykart, but we will be able to deliver after the lockdown is over, since most sellers don’t have permission to open their store/warehouse.

 

Can I cancel an order placed during this time?

No, you cannot cancel the orders placed during the Covid19 outbreak. Orders are considered as pre-booking and will be delivered after the situation normalise.

 

What is the tentative delivery timeline?

Now 90% orders are moving through Bluedart by Air (Except Bulk Orders). Hence orders are delivered within 3 to 5days depends on your location from the seller.

 

I say in Red Zone and I ordered Bakeware, Tools etc, will you deliver my order during the lockdown?

We are now delivering everything everywhere except for a Containment zone, where only essential shipments are currently allowed.
