Ingredients

Ingredients for Waffle

  • 3 eggs
  • 410 ml milk
  • 240 grms baking flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt

Dressing & Seasoning the Waffle

  • 110 g butter For Seasoning it
  • Cream
  • Caramel
  • Nuts
  • Frozen Rashberry & Fruits

Steps for Making Waffle

  1. Melt the butter and mix it with the beaten eggs and the milk.
  2. Add the flour, 2 tbsp sugar, salt, and baking powder mixed together and stir well by hand using a whisk until you have a smooth mixture.
  3. Place the moulds on the oven tray, pour the batter into 2 waffle moulds, and bakein the middle of the preheated oven at 220ºC for 8-9 minutes.
  4. Take out of the oven, de-mould the waffles on the oven tray and cook with the pattern side up for a further 4-5 minutes until they turn golden.

Making Caramel & Cream

  1. Heat 4 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp water in a pan until you have a light caramel.
  2. Add 150 ml cream and stir until you have a smooth cream.

Serving & Decoration

  1. Pour Caramel & Cream on Waffle
  2. Pour Some Fruits and Serve
