Ingredients

  • 250g Rolled Oats
  • ¼ Tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • ½ Tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 120g Vegetable Oil
  • 140g Honey
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 100g Mixed Dry Fruits
  • 100g Mixed Nuts/Seeds/Chocolate Chips

Recipe Detail


  1. Preheat the oven to 140 degrees.
  2. Mix together the oats, cinnamon powder and cardamom powder.
  3. Fold in the honey and vanilla, making sure it is well distributed.
  4. Fold in the fruits and nuts/seeds/chocolate chips.
  5. Fold in the oil such that it coats the granola well.
  6. Pop it in the oven on a try and make sure to mix it every 10 minutes as it burns easily.
  7. Bake for about 40 minutes, or till golden brown.
  8. Cool completely, the granola will be crispy only once cooled.

NOTE: if you are using chocolate chips, fold them in only once the granola has been baked and cooled.
