10 Wheel Dual Stainless Steel Pastry Cutter

A real time saver, this tool is great for cutting pastry dough, or even pizza dough, and is sure to make precise, measured cuts every time. It features (10) 2.25 inch diameter wheels, 5 plain and 5 fluted, riveted on an expandable arm. This design provides excellent versatility and the flexibility to cut a variety of designs. When fully extended, there is approximately 5" of space between each wheel, while the distance is approximately 1/2" between each wheel when collapsed. For safety and precision, the cutting wheels can be locked into place by tightening the wingnut located in the center of the adjustable arm.
