Instructions for making custom edible Lace:

• Stir product thoroughly. You may add coloring with food gels if you desire.
• Spread the lace mix evenly over your silicone lace mat using a spatula or scraper. Work the mixture in all directions to ensure even coverage. Remove excess with scraper.
• Allow lace to dry 6-8 hours or overnight.
• Reapply a second coat of lace mix and dry thoroughly.
• When dry, remove lace from mat by starting in one corner and lifting gently. If it is sticking to the lace mat, it is not thoroughly dry.
• Attach the lace to fondant with a little water or gum glue. It can also be attached to a freshly iced buttercream cake.
