The Macaron baking mat is a silicone sheet with the shapes of 24 macarons that can be made at the same time. It is totally adaptable and once spread out we only need to pour the amount indicated in the recipe into each shape and put it all into the oven. Silicone prevents the dough from sticking to the surface of the sheet and once baked the macarons can be removed quickly and easily from the mould. We present the Decopen, which can be used to fill each space with the most exact amount of dough as possible, and it can also be used for the macaron filling.
