How to Store Egg Replacer

  • Store in Cool & Dry Place

To replace one whole egg with egg replacer:

  • 1 Tbsp Gluten Free Egg Replacer
  • 2 Tbsp Water

To replace one egg white with egg replacer:

  • 1-1/2 tsp Gluten Free Egg Replacer
  • 2 Tbsp Water

To replace one egg yolk with egg replacer:

  • 1-1/2 tsp Gluten Free Egg Replacer
  • 1 Tbsp Water
